In bob, you can choose to round the balances the employee sees in their Time Off summary.

Head to your site, and scroll to the Time Off section. Here you can see the set up for rounding. 

You can choose to round 'to the nearest' or 'up'.

What are the implications of rounding?

Employees will see their current balance rounded as per the settings. The accrual, and any change to balances will not be rounded, only the current balance. This will be the last line in the audit log (shown as the line at the top), and the balance in the main summary. 

Employees can hover over the balance in the audit log to view the balance it was rounded from. 

Please note: rounding is used for display purposes only, and will not change the actual balance.
