Managers have a central role in the review cycle. Here's what you need to know to ensure a successful review cycle! 

Once a review cycle is started, managers will be able to see their team's review in the Team Performance tab. 

After entering a review, managers will be able to see completed reviews and fill in those that are incomplete. 

Managers will also be able to: 

  • Allow editing - Once an employee has completed their assessment form they won't be able to edit, unless the manager gives them permission
  • Send their completed manager review to the employee
  • Nudge employees to email a reminder for them to complete the review

For the performance review meeting:

Managers can choose to either share their review prior to the meeting so a discussion can be prepared, or print off their review to then discuss in the meeting
