A Flow, short for workflow, is an automated sequence of steps that allow you to streamline a process; they ensure that every step on your to-do list gets completed and that everyone involved in the process is notified and aligned.

There are five different types of workflows in Bob, each with its own unique templates. Learn how to:

Flows are Customizable

Every part of a Flow is customizable and can be created per team or site; Flows can be assigned to whomever you’d like, with hand-picked approvers (or no approvers at all), so you have total control over who needs to sign off on any flow.

Create as many flows as you'd like, and let the automated workflow process begin!

How do I avoid triggering a task list from a flow when I edit a flow?
You can update the flow but choose None in the task list section. For example, you can change a promotion date without triggering the task list again. If the task list is auto-scheduled, the task list will be triggered automatically if the previous tasks triggered were not completed or modify the scheduled tasks yet to be triggered.

Why did I get a notificaiton for completed flow, while not all approvers approved it?
This might happen if a user with override permissions, like admins, approved and overrided the next approvers. On the Approvals page you can see if the approval was overridden by someone else.
