Flows are Customizable

Every part of a Flow is customizable and can be created per team or site; Flows can be assigned to whomever you’d like, with hand-picked approvers (or no approvers at all), so you have total control over who needs to sign off on any flow.

FAQs

How do I avoid triggering a task list from a flow when I edit a flow?
You can update the flow but choose None in the task list section. For example, you can change a promotion date without triggering the task list again. If the task list is auto-scheduled, the task list will be triggered automatically if the previous tasks triggered were not completed or modify the scheduled tasks yet to be triggered.

Why did I get a notificaiton for completed flow, while not all approvers approved it?
This might happen if a user with override permissions, like admins, approved and overrided the next approvers. On the Approvals page you can see if the approval was overridden by someone else.
