Deputy is a robust time tracking & scheduling system for managing shift workers.
The integration will provision the shift workers to Deputy to manage their scheduling.

Notes:
- Only employees with employment contract “Shift” will be synced to Deputy.
- Locations in Deputy must exactly match the SITE names in Bob. In case the location in Deputy does not match, the users will not be created in Deputy.
- Users that get created in Deputy are Active.
How to set up Deputy integration in Bob
Obtaining the Token from Deputy.
- Go to the following URL : https://<YOURDEPUTYSUBDOMAIN>/exec/devapp/oauth_clients
E.g. https://19d9fc17081922.eu.deputy.com/exec/devapp/oauth_clients - From the top left corner, click New OAuth Client.
Fill out the following:
- Name: Set the wanted name for the OAuth client
- Logo URL: Leave blank
- Redirect URL: localHost - Click Save This OAuth Client.
- Click Get Access Token and copy the generated token to place in Bob.
How to place the token in Bob
- From the left menu, select Settings > Integrations.
- Select Time tracking & Scheduling.
- From the Deputy thumbnail, click Connect > Setup.
- Enter the Deputy Token, Subdomain, and then click Apply.
The integration is now set up in Bob.
