Congratulations to your new hires! Invite new employees to enjoy Bob by inviting them to the platform.


How to invite employees to Bob

  1. From the left menu, select People > Directory.
  2. Mark the checkbox to the left of the employee(s) you want to invite to the system.
  3. From the Actions dropdown menu, select Access to Bob > Invite employee.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select the Employee onboarding you want or disable Use onboarding template.
  5. Click Invite.
    This will trigger the Onboarding flow you have set up in Settings > Flows > Employee onboarding.
