Part 3: Invite an employee, launching Bob
Congratulations to your new hires! Invite new employees to enjoy Bob by inviting them to the platform.
How to invite employees to Bob
- From the left menu, select People > Directory.
- Mark the checkbox to the left of the employee(s) you want to invite to the system.
- From the Actions dropdown menu, select Access to Bob > Invite employee.
- From the dropdown menu, select the Employee onboarding you want or disable Use onboarding template.
- Click Invite.
This will trigger the Onboarding flow you have set up in Settings > Flows > Employee onboarding.
Review these resources as you plan your Bob launch:
- Send these employee and manager articles to support your people with their usage of Bob.
- Use these email templates as is or as a baseline to help you launch Bob to your org.
- Introduce the Bob mobile app to the employees.
- Let employees know they can customize which in-app, email, mobile app, and integration notifications they receive.
