If I am a new joiner, what do I need to do?

If your start date is in the future, then you will need to wait until your start date arrives. You will receive an invite to your personal email inbox and will be able to use only that link to set up your password and access your Bob account.

How do I login on my first day at work?

If you have already started to work in your company, but have never used Bob before, please make sure you use the invitation email link that was sent to your personal email to access your Bob account.

Have you already logged in, but are unable to login now?

If you have logged in to your Bob account in the past, but unable to login now, make sure you are using the company *SSO login.

*(SSO) Single sign-on, is a session and user authentication service that permits your employees to use one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password) to access multiple applications.*

Supported and most commonly used SSO:

  • Google

  • Microsoft Azure

  • One-Login

  • Okta

In case you are trying to login via web and using Microsoft Azure/Google SSO, please make sure you login via the SSO buttons in the login page:

In case you are trying to login via bob mobile app, please make sure you login via the SSO buttons in the login page:


If you are still unable to login, verify with your Bob admin\IT manager that your SSO user is set properly and the email address you typed matches your email address (all should be lowercase).

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, there is a forgot/reset password option. Type your email and a password reset link will be sent to your email. Click the link in the email and type in your desired password.

Note: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain one capital letter and one number.
