Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps. When an event happens in one app, Zapier can tell another app to perform (or do) a particular action.

How to connect Bob to Zapier

  1. After logging into Zapier, go to My Apps and search for the HiBob app.
  2. Click Connect.The following popup is displayed:
  3. Click API Details.
    You will be redirected to Bob to get the API Key & Company ID information.
    Note: In case you are not an admin in HiBob, ask your admin to log into Bob and from the left menu, select Settings > Integrations > Zapier.
  4. Copy and paste the API Key & Company ID into Zapier, and the click Yes, Continue.
  5. Click Make a Zap! to start syncing Bob to your 3rd party apps.

Triggers and Actions

We currently support the following triggers:

  • New Employee Created

  • Employee Inactivated

  • Employee Left

  • Employee Deleted

  • Employee Joined

Note: We currently do not support any actions.
