How do I change details in my employee profile?

To change any of your personal details on your profile follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture on the upper right-hand side of your screen.
  2. Click Go to my profile.
  3. Scroll down or use the search functionality to locate the field you would like to update.
  4. Hover over a field or category and click the pencil icon.
    You will only see the pencil icon next to editable categories.

  5. Enter the new information into the fields you wish to change, by typing in data or selecting from a dropdown; If the changed field has an effective date tied to it you must also complete the effective date for the change to take place.

  6. Click Done to submit.

Note: If HR at your company requires a request and verification process for personal information changes, a message will appear notifying you as such. Simply click the message to view details about the requested change/s. If a request is required, you will be notified via email once the request is approved or denied. You can also click on the change notification in your profile to see the request status at any time.
