Goals follow the OKR goal-setting framework. This method has a high-level objective under which there are one or more measurable key results to achieve it. OKRs are set both at the individual, department, and company levels and can be connected to one another so that everyone is aligned in their work to fulfill the company’s vision and mission. Using this method, the company’s goals affect and are affected by the departmental, team, and employee’s personal goals.

The goals area is divided into:

  • My goals, which are personal goals.
  • People's goals, which are goals created by people you manage.
  • Department's goals, which are organized for teams or groups of employees.
  • Company goals, which are created by company leaders and organized for the entire company to contribute to.

Even if you aren't using the OKR method, Goals are designed to allow you to clearly map out and measure your own and others' goals.

Note: Any employees' goal data you had in the previous version of goals will be migrated into the new goal management system.
