Learn how to create new KPI Dashboards and customize them.
The needs of a manager, admin, or department head may be very different; That's why Bob made it easy to create and customize dashboards. No matter what data it is that you're searching for, customizing your own dashboard can help you focus on the KPIs that are most relevant to you.
Note: Once creating a new dashboard, the user can select the KPIs that will be displayed in the dashboard from the existing list of KPIs.
How to create a new dashboard
Creating a new dashboard can be done from any category in the KPI Dashboards:
Click on New dashboard at the top right of any dashboard
Enter your dashboard name
Select the KPIs you want to track on your dashboard by clicking the desired KPI from the list on the left- Select the three-dot-menu to the right of each selected KPI to Rename the KPI or Delete it from the dashboard
-Drag and drop the selected KPIs on the right to set the order in which you’d like the KPIs to be displayed on the dashboard
How to edit a custom dashboard
Note: Default dashboards cannot be edited; they can be filtered for different views settings. only CUSTOM, made-from-scratch dashboard, can be edited.
Click the Actions buttons on the top right
Click Edit- Add KPIs to your dashboard by selecting the desired KPI from the list on the left
- Remove KPIs from your dashboard by selecting the three-dot-menu to the right of a selected KPI and click Delete
- Rename a KPI by selecting the three-dot-menu to the right of a selected KPI and click Rename
-Drag and drop the selected KPIs on the right to set the order in which you’d like the KPIs to be displayed in the dashboard
-Click Rename to give your dashboard a new name
-Click Duplicate in order to duplicate your dashboard. Enter a name for your duplicated dashboard and click Duplicate.-Click Delete in order to remove your custom dashboard
Customize the KPIs in your custom dashboard
Click the three dot menu at the top right of any KPI and from the dropdown:
Click the Customize option in the menu.
Click Rename and enter a new name for the KPI, then click Save
Click Duplicate to duplicate your dashboard and enter a name for the duplicated KPI. Then click Duplicate.
Note: The duplicated KPI will be placed right after the original KPI so you can easily compare them.Click Remove from dashboard in order to remove the KPI from your custom dashboard
