Getting started with People's docs

People's docs is a collection of all your employees’ files. Select an employee, and you will see the folders that apply to them.

What are the types of folders in People's docs?

  • Shared folder: The docs in this section can be seen only by Bob Admins and the employee. This is where to store contracts, performance reviews, payslips, and any other docs you want the employee to read or see.
  • Confidential folder: The docs in this folder are not visible to the employee. This folder can store reviews, emails, and other docs related to the employee. This folder is visible to Admins or a Manager with special permissions.
  • Custom folder: The docs in those folders can be visible or not based on the permissions settings. To learn more about setting custom folders, see Create a document folder.

You can upload documents to individual employees or import documents in bulk.
