You can connect third-party tools or applications to Bob in the Integrations section.

Tip: You can create a custom permission group, such as IT, to give your technical team the ability to set up integrations with Bob. To learn more, see Create a custom permission group


How to connect Bob with an integrated tool

  1. From the left menu, select Settings > Integrations.
  2. Select a tool or connected app or search by name.
  3. Under the desired tool or app, click Connect.
  4. On the configuration screen, enter the fields or respond to the prompts as requested.

Note: After connecting an integrated tool you can return to the setup screen anytime by returning to the Integrations page and clicking Manage under the tool name.
