Setting up the integration with Teamtailor allows you to automatically take newly-hired candidates from Teamtailor and add them to Bob.

Notes:
  • Custom fields from the Candidate section will be automatically mapped if they have the same name as Bob fields.
  • Documents: Resume will be pulled from Teamtailor and stored in the employee's confidential docs.

How to set up Teamtailor integration in Bob

Step 1: In Teamtailor

  1. Select Settings > Integrations > API > New API Key.
  2. Grant Admin Permission with read/write access. 
  3. Take note of the API key to use in the following step.

Step 2: In Bob

  1. From the left menu, select Settings > Integration.
  2. Select Recruitment.
  3. In the Teamtailor tile, click Connect.
  4. Paste the API Key obtained from Teamtailor.
  5. Click Generate Token.
  6. Copy the token.

Step 3: In Teamtailor

  1. Select Marketplace > HR Systems > HiBob.
  2. Click Activate.
  3. Place the integration key that was copied from Bob 
  4. Click Finish Installation.
  5. Add a trigger to the Hired stage according to these instructions.
