Setting up the integration with Teamtailor allows you to automatically take newly-hired candidates from Teamtailor and add them to Bob.

Notes:
- Custom fields from the Candidate section will be automatically mapped if they have the same name as Bob fields.
- Documents: Resume will be pulled from Teamtailor and stored in the employee's confidential docs.
Before you begin
Make sure that any Bob fields mapped to Teamtailor fields are included in the new hire flow setup.
How to set up Teamtailor integration in Bob
Step 1: In Teamtailor
- Select Settings > Integrations > API > New API Key.
- In the Name field, enter HiBob
- From the API Scope dropdown, select Admin.
- Check the Read and Write permissions.
- Take note of the API key to use in the following step.
Step 2: In Bob
- From the left menu, select Settings > Integration.
- Select Recruitment.
- In the Teamtailor tile, click Connect.
- Paste the API Key obtained from Teamtailor.
- Click Generate Token.
- Copy the token.
Step 3: In Teamtailor
- Select Marketplace > HR Systems > HiBob.
- Click Activate.
- Place the integration key that was copied from Bob
- Click Finish Installation.
- Add a trigger to the Hired stage according to these instructions.
