Setting up the integration with Teamtailor allows you to automatically take newly-hired candidates from Teamtailor and add them to Bob.

  • Custom fields: Custom fields from the Candidate section will be automatically mapped if they have the same name as Bob fields.
  • Documents: Resume will be pulled from Teamtailor and stored in the employee's confidential docs.

How to set up Teamtailor integration in Bob

  1. Log-in to Teamtailor, go to Settings > Integrations > API > New API Key.
    Grant Admin Permission with read/write access. Take note of the API key to use in the following step.

  2. Log-in to Bob, and from the left menu, select Settings > Integration.
  3. Select Recruitment.
  4. From the Teamtailor thumbnail, click Connect.
  5. Paste the API Key obtained from Teamtailor.
  6. Click Generate Token and then copy the token.

  7. Log back into Teamtailor and go to Marketplace > HR Systems > HiBob.
  8. Click Activate.

  9. Place the integration key that was copied from Bob and click Finish Installation.

  10. Continuing in Teamtailor, add a trigger to the Hired stage according to these instructions.
