Once the performance cycle is launched, you will receive an email invitation to complete your self-assessment.

How to complete your performance review

  1. From the left menu, select Talent > Performance > My reviews.
  2. Click Start to begin your performance review.
  3. Answer the questions you see throughout the form - some will be open text, others multiple choice or rating. If a question is required, you will not be able to submit your review without completing it.
  4. Click Submit to complete your form, Submit & Share with the reviewee, or click Save as draft to complete it at another time before the performance review cycle ends.
    The reviewee will receive a notification that your form is complete and can access it, depending on the performance cycle settings.

Note: As an employee, once you submit your form, you will no longer be able to edit your form.  If you need to make changes, contact your manager or Admin to reopen your form for editing. Managers can edit their form while a cycle is still running.

How to manage your performance reviews

  1. From the left menu, select Talent > Performance > My reviews.
  2. When someone shares their review with you, click View to review the feedback.
  3. For a manager review requiring employee acknowledgment, click Mark as acknowledged within the review.
    A notification will show the date you acknowledged the review if required.
  4. If you were invited to complete a peer or upward review you can access them in the My peers and My Manager tabs.
  5. If you manage employees you can access your team performance overview in the My team tab. To learn more, see Complete direct Team reviews.
