View performance review results to understand employee perspectives and professional growth.

How to view performance review results

  1. From the left menu, select Talent > Performance > Manage cycles.
  2. Select the performance review cycle you'd like to analyze.
  3. Select the Results tab to view aggregated results for your cycle.
    The results will show answers given related to the subject employee per review type for each question.

    Tip: Use Filters to view segments of the results for a targeted view.

  4. Click View all answers to see the complete answer for scale questions in addition to an average score of all the answers.

  5. Select one question on the manager form that will appear on the employee timeline.

    Tip: We recommend this question to be an overall performance question that you want to stand out.

  6. Select fields from the column picker to broaden the results view. Click each answer on the graph to filter these results.

Note: Table questions do not have an aggregate view, you can view the answers on the form itself.

How to download a performance review cycle report

  1. From the left menu, select Talent > Performance > Manage cycles.
  2. Select the performance review cycle you'd like to analyze.
  3. From the Actions dropdown menu, select Download cycle report.
  4. Select fields to include in the report referring to the employee and the reviewer.
  5. Click Download.
    An .XLSX file will download. The report will also include the review's completion status and the question results.
