How to download a scheduled report

Although emailing and sharing reports is the easiest way to get your report from point A to point B, there is always the option of downloading a report to use as you see fit. To download a scheduled report:

  1. Select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click Scheduled reports at the top right of the table.

  3. On the Scheduled reports page, click the row of the report schedule you’d like to download. You will be presented with a report summary.

  4. In the section titled Last sent, a list will appear with all the dates in which the report was sent; Click the download arrow of the row that contains the date you’d like to download. The report will download as the file type specified in your setup (csv/xlsx). 

    Note: If you would like to run an up-to-date version of the report now, regardless of scheduling, then click on Actions > Run now. All the recipients specified in setup will immediately receive this report, click Continue on the warning message. Within a few minutes, your newly sent report will appear in the list of dates in Last Sent.  Now you can download the most up-to-date report!

How to edit scheduled reports

Are your reports going out too frequently? Or not frequently enough? Is there an important person you left out of the recipient list? You can make any and all changes to your scheduled reports:

  1. From the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click Scheduled reports on the top right of the table.

  3. Click the row of the active report schedule you’d like to edit.

  4. Click Actions, then Edit from the dropdown.

  5. In Edit schedule, update or edit any information you see fit.

  6. Click Save when done. Alternately, you can click Save and run to save your report and also run a report on the spot.

How to deactivate/reactivate a scheduled report

When a report schedule is created, it automatically becomes active. If you would like to change the status of the report, you can easily deactivate and reactivate report schedules at any time.

To deactivate a Report Schedule:

  1. From the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click on Scheduled reports at the top right of the reports table.

  3. Click the row of the active report schedule you’d like to deactivate.

  4. Click the Actions button on the top right of the table and from the dropdown select Mark as Inactive.
    When you revisit the Scheduled reports page, you'll notice that the status has been updated to Inactive.

 

To reactivate a Report Schedule:

  1. From the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click on Scheduled reports at the top right of the reports table.

  3. Click the row of the active report schedule you’d like to reactivate.

  4. Click the Actions button on the top right of the table and from the dropdown select Mark as Active.
    When you revisit the Scheduled reports page, you'll notice that the status has been updated to Active.

How to delete a report schedule

To delete the schedule for a report, follow these steps:

  1. From the left menu, select Analytics > Reports.

  2. Click on Scheduled reports at the top right of the reports table.

  3. Click the row of the active report schedule you’d like to reactivate.

  4. Click the Actions button on the top right of the table and from the dropdown select Delete.

  5. Are you sure? Click Continue. 
    Note: You have just deleted a schedule, meaning the report will no longer be sent to recipients, but your report is still saved. You can access it any time from the Reports folder.
