The Scheduled reports page gives you access to the details of all of the reports schedules you've set up and the most recently run reports.

You can then take actions on these schedules, including editing the schedule, deleting the schedule or downloading the last reports that were sent.

How to view details of a schedule

  1. Select Analytics > Reports.
  2. Click Scheduled reports at the top right of the table.
    The Scheduled reports page opens with a table showing all of the schedules you have set up to be run regularly. The table includes the following columns:
    • Status: whether the schedule is Active, i.e., it is currently running and the reports are being sent out as scheduled.
    • Name: the name given to the schedule.
    • Included reports: which reports are being sent out on this schedule.
    • Frequency: how often the reports are being run and sent out.
    • Recipients: who the reports are being sent to.
    • External emails: the external email addresses the reports are being sent to.
    • Target destination: if the reports are being sent to an integrated SFTP or S3 server, the name of the server will be listed here.
    • Last sent: the last date and time the reports were sent out.
  3. To view full details of a schedule and take actions on it, click on the schedule row.
    The [Schedule name] page opens, showing which reports are included, the recipients, frequency and format. The last reports that were sent out are listed at the bottom of the page.

How to take actions on a report schedule

  1. Select Analytics >Reports.
  2. Click Scheduled reports at the top right of the table.
  3. Click on the schedule row.
  4. In the [Schedule name] page, click Actions at the top right.
  5. The following actions are available:
    • Edit: Opens the Edit schedule popup where you can edit the details of this schedule. This is the same form as the New schedule popup used when setting up a schedule. To learn more, see How to schedule reports from the Scheduled reports page.
    • Run now: Run an up-to-date version of the report. Click Continue on the warning message and all the recipients will be sent the latest version of the report. The new report will also appear in the Last Sent list.
    • Mark as inactive: The schedule will be deactivated, i.e., the reports will no longer be sent out. 
    • Mark as active: If the schedule has been deactivated, selecting Mark as active will reactivate it. The reports will be sent out according to the scheduled date and time.
    • Delete: The schedule will be deactivated and deleted from the Scheduled reports page.

      Note: If a report is deleted it will still be saved in the Reports page, so you can access it at any time by opening the relevant folder.

How to download the most recently sent scheduled reports 

From the scheduled reports page, you can access and download the last reports that were sent out using a schedule.

  1. Select Analytics >Reports.
  2. Click Scheduled reports at the top right of the table.
  3. On the Scheduled reports page, click the row of the report schedule you’d like to download.
    The [Schedule name] page opens, with the list of the Last sent reports at the bottom.

    Note: If the schedule sends out multiple reports at once, the Last sent file will include all of the reports.

  4. Click the download arrow at the end of the row that contains the date you’d like to download. The report will download as the file type specified in your setup (csv/xlsx). 

    Note: If you would like to run an up-to-date version of the report now, regardless of scheduling, then use the Run now action. Within a few minutes, your newly sent report will appear in the Last Sent section and you can download it.
