Your employee profile includes your personal and professional information. It’s made up of the data you entered during onboarding and the data entered by the Company Admin. 

Get the most out of Bob 

  • Your profile is your go-to spot when you want to take any action for yourself or, if you are an admin, on behalf of your employees.
  • The way your profile is presented makes sure that you can do what you need to do easily and conveniently.

Before you begin 

How to navigate your profile 

In the upper right corner, click your profile picture > Go to my profile

  1. As you enter your profile, you will see the module icons below your name.
  2. Click the icon for the module where you need to fulfill an action.
    Example: Click on the Tasks icon and you will be redirected to your task list.
  1. To search for something related to the product, be sure to use the search icon at the top of the page. 
  2. To search for something within a specific profile, be sure to use the search icon within the profile itself. This is located within the lefthand panel of profile categories. 
  3. To navigate directly to a category within the profile, click on the category within the lefthand panel of profile categories, e.g. click Equity and jump straight to the category. You can control the order of the categories through Employee fields settings.
  4. Under the Actions dropdown menu, you can access Documents, Trigger a task list, access Work changes, review Access to Bob, Change status, see Employee updates, and review a profile’s History
  5. Personalize your profile by adding or editing your profile picture or video, and adding or editing your name’s pronunciation via audio.To learn more, see How to personalize your profile
