Docs - Read approval

The Docs module is your center for managing all company documents you have floating around your computer. You can store and share anything from policy information to employee handbooks. To learn more, see Getting started with Company docs

When onboarding new hires in Australia, there may be particular documents you would need them to read through and acknowledge, e.g., the Fair Work Information Statement. To do this, you can create a custom folder and add the document to be included in the New Hire workflow, or choose to have it sent out for read approval.

Docs - eSign

When onboarding new hires in Australia, there may be particular documents you would need them to sign e.g., the Superannuation Standard Choice form or TFN declaration form.
