THE ONE WHERE PAYROLL WAS NO LONGER PAINFUL

Have you heard about Payroll Hub? Our latest paid, add-on module is a centralized dashboard for managing your payroll process in bob. It provides a simplified, secure, and efficient connection between bob and most payroll systems. You’re going to want to see this.

THE ONE WHERE BOB ALSO SPOKE IN CANADIAN FRENCH

bob can now also be used in Canadian French! You can make it the default site’s display language or just your own. C’est bon, non?

THE ONE WHERE YOU RETAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES

Reduce “if only we had known” scenarios by using bob’s attrition risk indicators to aid in employee retention. bob admins have this view by default, but you can enable others to see the indicators using custom permissions. The attrition indicator bar is visible when going into a person’s profile and clicking on it further displays the attrition risk breakdown. Want to get a report of the attrition risk across your org? You can do that, too.

THE ONE WHERE YOU GET IT ALL DONE IN A JIFFY

Managing tasks fast can make you feel like an everyday hero (and you are). To enable you to do more with bob, you can now do the following bulk actions in the Manage Tasks page:

  • Nudge incomplete tasks

  • Reassign tasks

  • Cancel general incomplete tasks

THE ONE WHERE CAREER DEVELOPMENT IS OFF THE CHARTS

KPI Dashboards keep on growing, just like your people’s careers! Introducing bob’s newest KPI Dashboard: Career Development, which includes the Promotions, Internal Mobility Rate, and Promotion Rate charts. And of course, these KPI charts will display people analytics insights when relevant and can also be used when creating custom dashboards. Go ahead and check them out now!

THE ONE WITH POST-PROBATION TIME OFF SETTINGS

Need to set a certain probation period that restricts people from requesting time off until they’re post-probation? You can now do that when setting up or editing a TO policy in the new Probation Period section.

THE ONE WHO GOT A TIMELY HEADS UP

If you’ve ever worried that when you assign or unassign someone a specific TO policy there’ll be consequences (for example, needing to recalculate a previous TO cycle that’s already locked), now bob shows you exactly what might happen when relevant before you confirm the change.

THE ONE WHERE IT GETS INTEGRATION ADMIN RIGHTS

IT people have the magic touch when it comes to configuring integrations, so now bob admins can give IT (or anyone else who has got a knack for tech in the org) permissions to configure integrations by themselves. Whenever an integration is added, updated, or removed, bob admins get notified so everyone’s in the loop with what’s going on. Currently, these permissions are possible for provisioning and SSO integrations but more are planned to come.

THE ONE WHERE TASKS GOT EVEN MORE CONNECTED

The Link in bob field for a general task now has more areas that you can link to. For example, creating a general task for your people to check in on their goals? You can now select Goals in the Link in bob field so people can quickly get from their task to their goals area. Other places you can now link to, include:

  • Time off

  • Benefits

  • Docs

  • Goals

  • Reviews

  • Org chart

  • Attendance
