Note that the Insights are in beta, so when you review them you can provide feedback immediately about your experience. Our product team is reading each and every piece of feedback so we’d love to hear from you.

BUT, WAIT, THERE’S MORE...

That’s not all that’s changed with KPIs. If you’re using the hierarchy field to keep track of your org structure, you can now group by it in KPI charts.

GROW AS WE GO

Who said growth has to come with growing pains? Upcoming fields in bob can now be used in Task Lists, making communicating and processing employee updates like promotions and more super easy. Include information from upcoming fields in bob like future job titles, salaries, etc., in a task list, and, voila, trigger it and you’re good to go! And, by the way, you can use them in eSign templates, too.

YOU CAN (OVER)ACHIEVE ANYTHING

Meeting goals is, well, the goal. But what about those exciting times when your people overachieve? Whenever people surpass their sales quotas, boost NPS, and deliver exceptional results, they can show this in their key results.

And when they do, how about you give them a kudos? They sure deserve it!

ANALYZE HOW YOU WANT TO

Love bob’s performance mapping? This one’s for you. You can now switch the visualization format between a 2x2, 3x3, and actual scale so that you can analyze your talent data the way that best suits your needs.

VANISHING ACT

Choose who everyone in your company can see across bob by editing the “Applies to” portion of your “All employees” permissions group. This is perfect if you, for example, don’t want everyone in the org to see all of your freelancers and contractors in bob.

DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENDANCE?

People’s Attendance now matches My Attendance in look and feel, making it easier to understand where your people are in terms of their paid days and hours. It’s also simple to approve, decline, and nudge the submission of timesheets. Moreover, you’ll easily be able to view past cycles and see current and upcoming ones so that you don’t miss a thing.

IN THE NICK OF TIME

So, you’ve worked on a compensation event, got it all locked in place with the green light from the final approver, and then….you have last-minute changes. Things happen, we get it, and that’s why bob admins now have special permissions to unlock the cycle and make those special case changes without disrupting all of the work that’s been done.

I LIKE TO MOVE IT, MOVE IT

Also in comp, you now have the option to move participants from one comp worksheet to another while retaining all of their details including the activity log. Once done, the former and new planners will be automatically notified.

SEARCH AND YOU SHALL FIND

Reports now have a search bar you can use to quickly find the exact report or folder you’re looking for. Go ahead and give it a whirl.
