You’re almost done! Set up and use notifications to invite planners to the event as well as remind planners and reviewers to submit their worksheets throughout the event.

How to create an Invitation

Invitations, once sent to the planners, open the access to the worksheet. The invitations will be sent via email and in bob.

We’ve included default text that you can use and customize to your liking.

  1. Click the From dropdown to select who the invitation will be sent from

  2. Write the invitation subject line in the Subject field

  3. Write the invitation message in the Message field

    1. To include Variables in the Message, e.g. an Employee’s first name, click the + button in the top right corner of the Message box

    2. Use the rich text editor toolbar at the bottom of the Message box

How to create a reminder

Reminders can be sent to planners who have not submitted their worksheet and can be triggered manually by Admins or Reviewers using the nudge action. Nudged planners will receive an email and a notification in bob.

We’ve included default text that you can use and customize to your liking.

  1. Write the reminder subject line in the Subject field

  2. Write the reminder message in the Message field

    1. To include Variables in the Message, e.g. an Employee’s first name, click the + button in the top right corner of the Message box

    2. Use the rich text editor toolbar at the bottom of the Message box

How to create an approval email

Planners and reviewers will receive an approval email once their worksheet submission has been approved.

We’ve included default text that you can use and customize to your liking.

  1. Write the reminder subject line in the Subject field

  2. Write the reminder message in the Message field

    1. To include Variables in the Message, e.g. an Employee’s first name, click the + button in the top right corner of the Message box

    2. Use the rich text editor toolbar at the bottom of the Message box

Note: Creating invitations and reminders does not trigger them. You’ll be able to invite your planners only once you’ve finished the setup process and nudge them only after invites are sent.
