You may include alerts to guide your various stakeholders who have permissions to view the worksheets (i.e. planners, co-Planners, reviewers, and the final approver) and help them to identify outliers and address them as needed in real time.

There are four Worksheet alert categories: Eligibility, Maximum recommendation, Guidelines, and Benchmark.

  • Eligibility alerts let your stakeholders know if an employee’s eligibility (or lack thereof) does not align with whether they received a proposal or not

  • Maximum proposal alerts let your stakeholders know if their recommendation exceeds the maximum proposal as you define it

  • Guidelines alerts are activated if you have activated the Guideline toggle when setting up your Components. These alerts let your stakeholders know if their proposal falls below or above the performance guidelines you had set up

  • Benchmark alerts are activated if you have included benchmark data. These alerts let your stakeholders know if their proposal falls below or above the benchmark guidelines or the comp. ratio

Note: alerts that are not relevant for a particular event will be disabled and greyed out

How to activate alerts

  1. Switch on the toggle of the alerts you’d like to show in the worksheets

  2. Select the radio button of the type of alert you’d like for it to be:

    1. Warning alerts flag stakeholders working on the worksheet when a proposal does not align with the alert rules that were set up. Planners can still submit worksheets with warning flags.

    2. Error alerts occur when a proposal does not align with the alert rules that were set up, and block planners from submitting the worksheet until they fix their proposals

  3. Click on the Next button at the bottom right of the page when you’re done
