When people log into bob, they are interacting with your organization, so we designed bob to help you make it feel that way. With a few clicks in bob you can add your organization's logo, color palette, background images, to celebrate your unique culture throughout your employee experience.

Important notes before you begin:

  • For best practices, use the guidance of a designer in your organization, particularly a UI Designer

  • Make sure that you have all of your new graphic assets, i.e. logo and background images, available to you before you start making any changes. If you’ve previously customized bob, back up your old graphic assets as you cannot revert to your previous customized settings, only to the bob default
