By default, bob will present all of the goals that you own and have owned. You may customize the way that you view your goals using the advanced filters at the top of the My Goals page. Any filters you apply will also affect the goal metrics you see on the page and will be saved until you make any changes.

How to set up your My Goals view

To set up your viewing preferences, click on and use the following filters.

  1. Press the Talent area in the main menu

  2. Click on My Goals

  3. Filter by Date range:
    a. Preset range:
    i. Choose the desired period from the list
    Note: "Next year" in bob means the January of the next calendar year
    ii. Click Apply
    b. Month range
    i. Click the radio button to the left of Month range
    ii. Click on the field below Start month to select the beginning of your desired month range from the calendar
    iii. Click on the field below End date to select the end of your desired month range from the calendar
    iv. Click Apply

  4. Filter by goal Status:
    a. Tick the box to the left of all goal statuses you wish to see
    b. Click Apply

  5. Filter by goal Type:
    Note: only individual goals are part of this release. You will be able to use this filter with the redesign of Company & Department's Goal

  6. Filter by goal Visibility:
    a. Tick the box to the left of the goal's visibility type(s) you wish to see
    b. Click Apply

  7. Filter by Tags:
    a. Tick the box to the left of the tag(s) you wish to see
    b. Click Apply

How to review a specific goal's summary

You can review a snapshot summary of each goal easily with bob as well as go into greater depth and see the goal's changes and updates over time.

  1. Press the Talent area in the main menu

  2. Click on My Goals

  3. To see a summary of the goal, click on the arrow icon to the right of the goal you wish to view

  4. To review all of the goals details including any changes made and notes, click on the goal's title, then scroll down to see the goal's activity log
