Goals in bob follow the OKR goal-setting framework. This method has a high-level objective under which there are one or more measurable key results to achieve it. OKRs are set both at the individual, department and company level and can be connected to one another so that everyone is aligned in their work to fulfill the company’s vision and mission. Using this method, the company’s goals affect and are affected by the departmental, team, and employee’s personal goals.

The Goals area is divided into company and department goals (new design coming soon) and individual goals. In between are people’s goals where managers can see other employees goals depending on their permissions in bob. Even if you aren't using the OKR method, Goals in bob are designed to allow you to clearly map out and measure your own and others' goals.
