TALK DATA-DRIVEN COMPENSATION TO ME

Making data-driven comp decisions just got easier! New visual insights in every worksheet help you better understand your compensation decisions, including how your allocation decisions align with your guidelines and how it measures up with your benchmarks. You can opt to assess things broadly or group the data by a specific field to drill down.

FLEX YOUR WORK PATTERNS MUSCLES

Got a part-timer who only works until 2PM each day? Create a flexible working pattern based on their FTE%. Now, when adjusting an employee’s work pattern, bob will calculate their total weekly hours automatically for you. Currently, flexible working patterns sync automatically with Time Off.

ACTIVE PERFORMANCE CYCLE EDITS

All types of performance review forms can now be edited during an active cycle. People can now ask to edit a previously submitted form whether it’s a direct report, manager, peer, or any custom review, and you can grant them edit access with just a few clicks.

PERMISSION GRANTED

Permission Groups just got a serious upgrade! You can now easily create, modify, and form dynamic condition-based permission groups. Want to create a group only for managers in your New York site? Need to also add specific employees outside of the group conditions? You can do that, too.

Moreover, you can track any Permission Group changes using the activity log at the bottom of the page. This way you can clearly see what changed, including who has joined or left the permission group over time. Looking for something specific? Use the filters to get to the information you need.

BULK UP (BY IMPORTING A BUNCH OF DOCS)

Need to import a bunch of documents at once? Save time by importing docs in bulk to any employee doc folder.

Don’t forget, you can create and manage folders any way you like in the People’s Docs area to stay organized. Head over to the new Docs Settings area to create, rename, delete, and define who will see the folder’s contents.

GIVE ME A REASON

There’s no longer a need to wonder why employees are taking time off. You can now include a set of reason codes in Time Off policies and choose whether it’s optional or mandatory for employees’ Time Off requests. You can also decide if an additional description is mandatory. This feature is available in both web and mobile.

Don’t worry, if you (admin) or a manager need to submit a time off request on behalf of an employee, you won’t have to submit a reason even if the policy requires it.

TIME AFTER TIME

bob now matches your employee’s time zone when implementing employee changes. Any changes that you make in an employee profile that have an effective date (i.e. lifecycle, work, employment, salary, and address) will now become effective at midnight of the respective employee’s site time zone.
