Efficiency, personalization, and ease

YOU CAN HAVE WHATEVER (DOCS) YOU LIKE

Take control of your folders! Create and manage folders any way you like in the People’s Docs area. Head over to the new Docs Settings area to create, rename, delete, and define who will see the folder’s contents.

ROLL UP YOUR COMPENSATION SLEEVES

Need an overview of your entire organization during compensation events? Rather than opening each planner’s worksheet to see what’s going on and crunch the numbers, bob’s new executive worksheet lets you roll up your entire organization into one view.

EASE ON DOWN THE ONBOARDING ROAD

Admins, this one is for you! Build personalized doc packets for new hires to add an entire set of documents to onboarding at once instead of adding each doc separately. The same goes for selecting key people for new joiner introductions during onboarding. You can now choose, based on role, to automatically include the new joiner’s direct manager, second-level manager, guru, and more.

STAY IN THE LOOP

Keep everyone in the loop during the onboarding process. You can now configure notifications to any individual or role in your company when a new team member has completed their onboarding process.

HOOKED ON TASKS

Familiar with our Tasks API and webhooks? You can use either to automatically share and update employees’ tasks in bob with another system. Some functionality of our Tasks API and webhooks include:

  • Pulling employees’ tasks according to employee ID

  • Pulling company tasks and my tasks

  • Syncing task status

RETURN TO AUTOMATED SENDER

Setup the automated emails that are part of your Task Lists so that they come from the right person every time. Now you can select a role instead of a specific person for the sender for yet another layer of automation.
