bob downloaded Duolingo during lockdown and now speaks French, German, Spanish, and Swedish, in addition to English. Users can change their personal display language, and you can define a local default language for your global sites to get your people even more engaged with bob.

- Create a new bonus event or add it to a joint salary event
- Prorate for selected periods by lifecycle status and FTE
- Enable guidelines and alerts regarding awards allocation
- Submit and update to Actual Payments employee data once the event is approved and finalize
SHARING IS CARING (FOR MANAGERS)
Performance reviews are a two-way street. Now managers can share performance reviews with their people in bob without waiting for them to submit their self-assessments. This can be customized in the product: you choose whether to enable the functionality during performance review setup.

Love custom fields? Now you can create custom tables, too, for more complex pieces of employee information. Add the table you need, report your data, and utilize it throughout bob with our smart filters.
NEW PAYROLL TABLES IN EMPLOYEE PROFILES
There’s a new payroll table in employee profiles! Check out the new Actual Payments table where one-time bonus data is logged. Along with the table comes the Actual Payment Report, reflecting the actual payment history.
We’ve made some calculation adjustments to the automated tenure (duration) and tenure (years) fields. The new calculation includes only active employment periods listed in the lifecycle table of events, and is also represented in the “average tenure” KPI.
TIME OFF KEEPS GETTING BETTER
Let bob do the math. %FTE prorating is now built-in to time off policies, no need to create multiple policies for each %FTE anymore! And why not change time off approver settings for multiple employees at once, the new functionality has already been added to the People’s Time Off actions menu. And last, but not least, you can see where each employee’s approver settings are derived from with the new “Approval settings by” People’s Time Of table column.
