Ask (for help) and you shall receive. Employee self service empowers your employees to update personal details independently with a built-in approval flow so you can preserve data accuracy without needing to do all the hard work yourself.

BIG CHANGES IN THE PERFORMANCE MODULE

We’ve made lots of updates to our Performance module! New results pages have been added for employees and managers along with an average score indicator for all scale-type questions; now when you’re ready to download performance review results you can include any employee field data (that’s right, custom fields too!), plus your report preferences will be automatically saved so you don’t have to set it all up again.

Allow respondents to comment on survey questions. All comments will be included in your survey results download.

Time Off settings have been totally revamped!

  • Relocated to Settings

  • Intuitively restructured with tabs designed to follow your flow of work

  • Designed a wizard to help you create new policies quickly and easily

  • Added a new column to the Time Off policy table so you can easily track which employees are assigned to each policy

MORE CHOICES FOR YOUR NEW HIRES

New hire flows have yet another major configuration included! Add only the relevant Time Off policies to each new hire flow so that each time a new hire is added to bob their Time Off policies can be chosen in no time.

FILTER MAGIC

Need to filter for managers? Easy! Use the new “is a manager” field. Add the field to each employee’s profile summary for quick info at a glance.

PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

Payroll variable pay tables in your employees’ profiles can now include “end effective” dates added manually or automatically. To automate, just add a table row with the same type of variable pay selected and a future date.

THE DOCTOR IS IN

Want to make sure you get doctor’s notes for every 3+ day time off request under a sick policy? You can require an attachment be included in time off requests for sick periods that last over a certain length of time.
