MULTIPLE ONBOARDING FLOWS MADE EASY

This feature might be familiar to you, but especially with teammates so spread out, we want to remind you how useful it is. You can create infinite amounts of customizable, on-target onboarding templates for every site or type of employee, so your new joiners feel personally welcomed and you collect exactly the information you need when the come on board.


TAKE CONTROL OVER NOTIFICATION CREEP

Don’t worry about notifying the “chain of command” every time a candidate is hired. Configurable ATS notifications let you customize the people to notify once a candidate is set to “hired” in your connected ATS. Say yes to helping managers own onboarding, and no to notifications to the wrong people.

Share your Company Docs folder safely and swiftly with fully-customizable access permissions. Select who to share with by name, employee list fields, or your own custom field values.


RE-ASSIGN TERMINATED EMPLOYEES’ TO-DOS

As part of the termination process, bob now allows you to select an individual to take over ownership of the terminated employee’s workflows and scheduled reports. Now any open To-Dos owned by the terminated employee will be re-assigned to your selected employee.


SEARCH BETTER AND FASTER WITH IMPROVED ADVANCED FILTERS

We’ve expanded bob’s advanced filtering options to help you quickly find exactly what you’re looking for. Just click on More in the filter bar in the Reports, Org Chart, Club View, and Time Off Requests areas and you’ll see a new dialog box allowing you to create multi-level filtering.
