Managers and admins now have the ability to Adjust Balance and Request On Behalf from the Actions menu in People’s Time Off. Stay tuned for more action options to come!

We heard you and made a quick fix!
We’ve removed the Expected Deduction warning from My Time Off for policies defined as Annual Grant. Note that this doesn’t affect policies defined as Earned Allowance — only Annual Grant policies.


NEW CHANGES & AUDIT REPORTS Track changes everywhere
Dig into all the changes made in bob and never be surprised again. bob's Audit Report displays the log of all changes made to employee fields in bob. In addition, we've replaced the Employee Changes Report with a new Changes Report that helps you track employee lifecycle events, milestones and changes. All your existing Employee Changes Reports are still available for viewing, but when you're ready to create a new one, head over to the new Changes Report.

FUTURE MANAGERS IN APPROVALS Add a future manager as an approver
In a flow with approvals, you can now choose a future manager as an approver. This way, when the flow is activated on an employee that has had a change in manager, the correct manager will be notified.


DYNAMIC SCALE FOR SURVEYS AND FEEDBACK Further customize how you engage with your employees
When you create a scale, you can now pick from a range of 3 to 10 questions to be used in your survey and feedback forms.


MY COMPANY PAGE Make your company page the first thing you see
Quickly reach your company page with a single click. From the Settings tab, the first page you’ll see is My Company, so you can easily find what you need.
