We’ve added an option to send reports to SFTP servers. You’ll need to setup the integration one time only, and then you’ll be able to send scheduled reports to an SFTP server destination.
SFTP Integration Setup
Step 1 In the Integration tab of the Settings module, select SFTP destinations and click on ‘add SFTP destination.’
Step 2 Complete the required fields in the pop-up:
- Name descriptor so you can identify this SFTP destination
- Username and Password to access the SFTP server
- Host the SFTP host url
- Port and Path of the desired SFTP
Step 3 Define additional SFTP destinations, in fact you can setup as many as you’d like by using different paths to separate between reports.
Create Scheduled Reports to SFTP
Step 1 In the Reports module, go to the scheduling tab and click on ‘new schedule,’ or select an existing schedule to edit.
Step 2 Define the schedule parameters as you would any other scheduled report with a scheduling title, recipient selection, reports to run and the frequency.
Step 3 In the New Schedule or Edit Schedule view, you can select the SFTP destination/s to which you want the reports sent.
Step 4 Click on ‘save,’ or if you want to run the selected reports in addition to saving the schedule, click on ‘save and run now.’
Now on the upcoming dates defined in your schedule, your report/s will be automatically sent to the SFTP destination you selected.
