Managers have a central role in the review cycle. Here's what you need to know to ensure a successful review cycle!
Once a review cycle is started, managers will be able to see their team's review in the Team Performance tab.
After entering a review, managers will be able to see submitted reviews and fill in those that are not yet submitted.
Managers will also be able to:
- Allow editing - Once an employee has submitted their assessment form, they won't be able to edit it unless the manager gives them permission
- Send their submitted manager review to the employee
- Nudge employees to email a reminder for them to submit the review
Once the form loads managers can:
- View report's submission by clicking "Split View":
For the performance review meeting:
Managers can choose to either share their review prior to the meeting so a discussion can be prepared, or print their review to then discuss in the meeting.
