We recognise that some reports will be critical to your daily operations and others, not so much. So we introduced the scheduled reports feature. Scheduling is available on any of your saved reports in bob.
You will also be able to access and edit all of your scheduled reports via Analytics -> Scheduling
In order to create a new schedule:
1. Select a title, this will double as the email subject line
2. Select recipients - you will also be able to include an external email here by just typing it and clicking enter
3. Specify the reports you want included - you will also be able to merge these different reports into multiple sheets within your export
4. Select frequency and format
5. Sit back and watch the magic!
You can manage your scheduled reports from the Scheduling tab at any time.
